The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD) intends to solicit the requirement for the Maritime Security Helmets and award up to 2 firm-fixed price Multiple Award Contracts. The resultant contract will contain provisions for firm fixed price orders requiring the delivery of Maritime Security Helmets (MSH) with installed padding and retention systems. Additional padding and retention systems will also be procured as spare/replacement parts. The contract will contain a base ordering period of 12 months and four option ordering periods of one year each, for a total ordering period of five years if all options are exercised. First Article Testing and Approval will be required upon award.
