INTENT TO LEASE SPACE REQUIREMENT: The U.S. Department of Agriculture, in Mason County, Mason Texas, is interested in leasing approximately 2,800 rentable square feet of office space. The rentable space shall yield a minimum of 2,500 ANSI/BOMA to a maximum of 2,800 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet of first class, high quality office space, fully serviced with parking for 20 vehicles. Preference will be given to first floor contiguous space. TERM: The lease is for ten (10) years. DELINEATED AREA: To be considered, the building location must be within the boundaries of: North -East Pontotoc Road/Spring Street East -Johnson Road/Highway 29/Smith StreeUHighway 87 South -Rainey Street West --South Avenue F/Doole Street OCCUPANCY: Space to be ready for occupancy on or about December 1, 2017. EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST MUST INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: 1. Building Name and Address or Site Location and Address 2. Location of space within the building 3.
