AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and Buyandsell posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted on 2024-12-23 by 2 p.m. EST. All bids submitted after 2 p.m. EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) on behalf of Natural Resources Canada (NRCan) for the supply of a new Mass Spectrometry system to be used for precise analysis and characterization of various compounds. The requirement must include all of the following: (a) A Mass Spectrometry system;(b) All equipment, software, cables, components, peripherals, and accessories for operation;(c) An operator’s manual; and(d) Warranty including all Maintenance and Support Services.The offer must meet all the requirements of the evaluation to be declared compliant. Full details are found in the Request for Proposals document.Should there be any discrepancies between the wording of this notice and the RFP, the RFP wording will prevail.
