Master Agreement for Owner's Advisor Services for the Pump Stations Improvements Phase 1 Project ESD 10668 Closing Date: 07/06/2026 11:00:00 AM PT Detail: The City of San José (hereinafter “City”), Environmental Services Department, is seeking qualified firms (hereinafter “Consultant”) to provide owner’s advisor services for the Pump Stations Improvements Phase 1 Project (“Project”) for the City’s Capital Improvement Program (“CIP”) at the San José-Santa Clara Regional Wastewater Facility (“RWF”). Consultants qualified to provide owner’s advisor services (“Consultant Services”) to the City are encouraged to respond to this Request for Qualifications (“RFQu”) by submitting a Statement of Qualifications (“SOQ”) and associated forms (together considered the “solicitation response”). The successful Consultant will enter into a Master Consultant Agreement with the City. Following execution of the Master Consultant Agreement, the City will request Consultant Services on an as-needed basis through individual service orders, which will each include a specific scope of services and the cost for those services.
