Master Contract Statewide

The Florida Department of Environmental Protection, Bureau of Design and Construction, has entered into a Master Professional Services Agreement, Contract No. CN948, with Dewberry Engineers, Inc. This statewide contract was established following solicitation RFSOQBDC01-24/25 to provide continuing coastal engineering services focused on the development and improvement of Florida State Parks. The agreement ensures the availability of licensed engineering expertise to support various AE statewide projects across the state's park system. The contract includes comprehensive terms and conditions governing the professional relationship, specifically addressing indemnification, conflict of interest, and the order of precedence for governing documents. Following a solicitation process that began in June 2025, the agreement underwent a formal review and approval process between March and May 2026. This master agreement serves as the primary vehicle for procuring specialized coastal engineering services to maintain and enhance the state's environmental infrastructure.
