This is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available and telephone requests will not be honored. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) intends to issue a Sole Source, Firm Fixed Price, Purchase Order to DNV GL USA, located in Dublin, Ohio to provide Brand Name or Equal equipment outlined in the attached Test Capability Requirements. The proposed Purchase Order is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which shall be considered by the agency. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government.
