DESCRIPTION: The Air Force Test Center (AFTC), Edwards AFB intends to solicit and award a sole source, Firm-Fixed Price contract, under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13 Authority of the test program for commercial items (section 4202 of the Clinger-Cohen Act of 1996 or the authority of the Services Acquisition Reform Act of 2003), and FAR Part 12.
