The Air Force Test Center, Installation Operational Contracting Division, Eglin AFB, Florida, is issuing this Request for Quote (RFQ) to establish a firm-fixed-price purchase order for a Brand Name requirement for MATLAB Software Licenses and Toolboxes, as detailed in the attached Technical Requirements Document (TRD). Quotes must be received via email listed in the solicitation.


Offerors must submit a complete, firm-fixed-price quote via email to valerie.nusimow@us.af.mil. Partial, late, or incomplete quotes will be considered non-responsive and will not be evaluated. Award will be made to the responsible offeror submitting the Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) quote that fully conforms to the software specifications outlined in the TRD. Technical acceptability shall consist of a quote which conforms to the specific requirements of the TRD in this RFQ and does not present a high level of item, price or supplier risk. DFARS provision 252.204.7024 is hereby included in this RFQ and will be considered in making the risk assessment.


The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation at any time without obligation for reimbursement, invoicing will be processed electronically via Wide Area Workflow (WAWF).
