Scope: SC-02: The work to be constructed primarily consists of three separate pressurized potable water pipelines, and their connections to existing pipelines: the Matthews Pipeline, the Watson Pipeline, and the Romoland Feeder Extension. The Matthews Pipeline extends from the southern side of the intersection of Antelope Road and Ethanac Road northward to the future Antelope and Watson II Booster Pump Station near the intersection of Antelope Road and Watson Road in the City of Menifee, CA. On this alignment, the Matthews Pipeline crosses the Metrolink right-of-way and SR-74/Caltrans right-of-way. The southern end of the Matthews Pipeline branches into three smaller pipelines which connect to existing water pipelines along Ethanac Road. The Watson Pipeline extends from the future Antelope and Watson II Booster Pump Station near the intersection of Antelope Road and Watson Road to the existing Watson Road Booster Pump Station site in the City of Menifee, CA. The Romoland Feeder Extension extends from the future Antelope and Watson II Booster Pump Station near the intersection of Antelope Road and Watson Road to the existing Romoland Feeder within Antelope Road.
