Mayo Cellblock Security Renovation Construction Services

The Royal Canadian Mounted Police is seeking qualified Canadian suppliers to deliver construction services for the security renovation of a portion of the federal building located at 208 6th Avenue in Mayo, Yukon Territory. The project involves upgrading interior security systems and renovating a secure area within the building, requiring the removal and installation of plumbing, masonry, and electrical systems. All work must be completed within 40 weeks from the date of contract award. Only Canadian suppliers are eligible to bid, as this procurement is restricted under the CLCA and subject to the First Nation of Nacho Nyak Dun Final Agreement of 1995. Security clearance requirements are strictly enforced: Architects, Design Team Leads, and Project Managers must hold RCMP ERS Clearance, while all subcontractors must possess FA02 clearance and be escorted during site access.
