This solicitation is issued for informational purposes only and does not constitute a request for competitive proposals or commitment to award. Interested parties may submit capability statements for consideration, primarily to determine if a competitive procurement is warranted, but any decision to compete remains at the government’s discretion. The contract’s place of performance is in St. James, Maryland, and all inquiries or capability statements must be submitted in writing via email to the listed primary point of contact, Sharon Green. Subcontracting opportunities, if any, should be pursued directly through NGSC.
