MBE, WBE, and SDVOB Subcontractor Procurement for DASNY Brooklyn College East Quad Restoration Phase 1 and Associated Asbestos Abatement

The project involves a range of trades including demolition, asbestos and contaminated soil removal, concrete work, masonry, carpentry, steel framing, exterior door installations, painting, flagpole installation, plumbing, electrical, earthwork, paving, site furnishings, planting and irrigation, landscaping, and utility work. All work must be performed in accordance with the Project Labor Agreement (PLA) using union labor. The subcontracting goals are set at 18% for M/WBE, 12% for WBE, and 6% for SDVOB, although SDVOB set-aside is not specifically designated.
