Mc Adrenaline Upgrade

The 30th Contracting Squadron, Vandenberg AFB, CA intends to award a sole source procurement to Avid Technology, Inc: CLIN 0001 Upgrade MC Adrenaline to MC Nitris DX (4ea); CLIN 0002 snake line audio cable (4ea); CLIN 0003 Installation (2ea). The applicable NAICS for this acquisition is 541519 with a business size standard of $25 Million. The proposed contract is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the Authority of FAR 13.106(b). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all proposals received within 3 days (NLT 26 March 2011 12:00PM PST) after date of publication of this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
