This is a Sole Source Announcement only. The 22d Contracting Squadron at McConnell AFB, KS under authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, has awarded a sole-source firm-fixed price purchase order contract to Unique Communications Solutions, 1655 W Horizon Ridge Pkwy, Henderson NV, 89012 to upgrade the existing CAIRS.NET system to the newly JITC Certified CAIRS.NET telephone management system release 4.0. The TMS will be installed configured, tested, and implemented into the existing McConnell AFB IT infrastructure. The TMS will be configured to collect call detail recording and perform moves/adds/changes. Subject matter expert training and user training will be provided at McConnell AFB. The contractor will provide all necessary personnel and materials to upgrade to the CAIRS.NET 4.0. This document does not constitute a solicitation for offers. Requests for copies of a solicitation will not be honored or acknowledged. No contract award will be made based on responses received.
