The work requires the implementation of a interoperable infrastructure that integrates seamlessly with existing Government systems such as GCSS-MC, IBM-COGNOS, and Microsoft Suite, ensuring long-term sustainability and data-driven decision-making to improve equipment readiness rates through accurate accountability and efficient processing.
