McIntosh Power Plant Site Stormwater Modifications

The contract pertains to modifications at the McIntosh Power Plant located on a 530-acre site in Lakeland, Florida. The plant includes various generation units such as two diesel peaking units, two simple cycle combustion turbines, six reciprocating engines, and a combined cycle natural gas unit. Certain older units in the southern part of the facility have been retired and demolished, prompting the need for significant changes to the stormwater management system. The scope specifically covers the construction of the ponds authorized under an Environmental Resource Permit, although not all modifications to the overall stormwater system are included in this phase.
