Issuing Procurement Unit: State of Utah Division of Purchasing
Conducting Procurement Unit: State of Utah DNR Office of Energy Development
The purpose of this IFB is to enter into a contract to provide: Construction of Heavy-Duty Reinforced Concrete Equipment Pad. Mandatory Site Visit: Bidder must attend in person the MANDATORY SITE VISIT on August 26, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. We will meet at Utah San Rafael Energy Lab (USREL), 800 North Coal Haul Road, Orangeville, Utah 84537 .
It is anticipated that this IFB will result in a single contract award to the lowest cost responsive and responsible vendor.
Length of Contract: Job must be completed by September 22, 2026
Vendor must guarantee its pricing through completion of the project..
