SOLICITATION NOTICE – Heavy-Duty Towing & Relocating ServicesMDOT SHA is soliciting qualified contractors for Heavy Duty Towing & Relocating Services during Winter Weather Operations to support Snow/Ice Removal with the Maryland Department of Transportation Administration’s Office of Transportation Mobility & Operations (CHART).
