Methuen Public Schools is seeking bids for network equipment. The equipment will support the district's network infrastructure and improve connectivity. It is the intent of the District to procure goods and services that may be adjusted for the addition of new sites, relocation of sites, or adjustments to the quantity and/or capacity of service, in accordance with the terms of any resulting contract or service agreement. Please see attached RFP for equipment listing.

State/local procurement requirements: The District reserves the right to eliminate from consideration any proposal that does not clearly provide responses to the requested Form 470 items. SPAM and/or robotic responses will not be considered valid responses and will be disqualified from consideration.
