The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) has a requirement for meal preparation services, including delivery, to 339 Guay Road, St-Bernard-de-Lacolle, QC, J0J 1V0.
Given the high volume of assylum seekers arriving near the Saint-Bernard-de-Lacolle port of entry (POE), CBSA must ensure that the assylum seekers essential nutritional needs are met.
While the CBSA processes assylum seekers on site, they remain on hold at the Lacolle site. Processing times can vary depending on traffic and sometimes, can exceed 24 hours.
The Contractor must prepare and deliver meals and snacks ordered by the CBSA upon request.

This requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) and all international free trade agreements including the World Trade Organization-Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-GPA).
