DLA Troop Support intends to issue an unrestricted, non-commercial Request for Proposal (RFP) for the acquisition of a Mechanical Heat Exchanger, NSN 4420-01-646-5966, quantity of 10 each. The proposed acquisition is for supplies for which there is only one approved source. Approved source is AMETEK THERMAL SYSTEMS (12536), Part Number 63862-000. Technical data is not available. This RFP has been posted on the DLA Internet Bid Board Systems (DIBBS) under Solicitation SPE8E816R0004 and will close on June 17, 2016. Resulting award will be for a Firm-Fixed Price Contract, required delivery schedule is 240 days ADO. Delivery will be FOB Origin, Inspection / Acceptance at Destination.
