Sealed bids for Bid Request No. 2024-047 for the Johnson County Med-Act 1134 Renovation Project shall be submitted electrically via IonWave at https://jocogov.ionwave.net until the close date reflected above. At that time, all bids that have been duly received will be publicly read aloud via Zoom Video Conferencing at: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/85668069920?pwd=ac1q83VboZifV9YkgIBgV4vWPgdXUD.1 This bid includes the following Work: Renovation of the kitchen and converting the bunk rooms and bathrooms to a single user at Johnson County's Med-Act 1134 Station. Copies of the plans and specifications are available through IonWave at https://jocogov.ionwave.net/SourcingEvents.aspx?SourceType=1 or can be downloaded for a non-refundable fee online at https://www.drexeltech.com in their eDistribution public jobs plan room; additional assistance is available at contact@example.gov. A Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference and Site Visit will be held at 10:00AM CT on August 15, 2024, at the Johnson County Med-Act 1134 Station, 9011 Roe Avenue, Prairie Village, Kansas. Technical questions and requests for clarification shall be submitted via IonWave no later than 5:00PM CT on August 28, 2024, to allow adequate time to issue an addendum, if needed. Bid Bond: Bidders shall submit with their bid a bid bond issued by a surety company licensed to do business in the State of Kansas in the amount of five percent (5.0%) of the total amount of their bid. Said guarantee shall be made payable to the Board of County Commissioners of Johnson County, Kansas. No bid may be withdrawn within a period of sixty (60) days from the date of the bid opening.
