Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, tools, equipment, transportation, material, and incidentals necessary to fulfill Fairchild AFB, Med Admin 10 in accordance with the attached PWS and pricing schedule. See attached RFP. Amendment 1 - The purpose of this amendment is to extend the proposal due date/time. See the attached SF30 Amendment. Amendment 2 - The purpose of this amendment is to answer questions from prospective offerors. See attached SF30 Amendment. Amendment 3 - The purpose of this amendment is to update/incorporate WD 15-5537 (Rev 12) and extend the proposal due date/time. See attached SF30 Amendment. Amendment 4 - The purpose of this amendment is to add Juneteenth to the list of federal holidays in PWS 4.10.1.
