Media Relation Training

Fisheries and Oceans Canada, Quebec Region (DFO-QR) is looking for a consultant that offers training in French, including a theoretical component aimed at understanding the role of a spokesperson and a practical component aimed at developing good interviewing reflexes, both for print media and for radio and television. The bidder must provide the participant with a basic knowledge of the media ecosystem and the role of a spokesperson and equip him or her to conduct effective interviews. Security requirement: There are security requirements associated with this requirement. The supplier and its personnel who require access to PROTECTED information/assets must each hold and maintain a valid RELIABILITY STATUS issued by Canada and approved by Fisheries and Oceans Canada. Proposed period of contract: The proposed period of contract shall be from contract award to March 31, 2024. There are also two irrevocable options to extend the contract by a one-year period. Estimated Level of Effort: The estimated level of effort from contract award to March 31, 2024 will be for 5 days and another 2 days if the optional period is exercised.
