AMENDMENT - This requirement was listed originally as a Total Small Business Set Aside; this has been changed and the requirement will be solicited using the Competitive 8(a) Program with the Small Business Administration. The solicitation is being revised and will be posted on or about 30 October 2019 via https://www.fbo.gov. No other changes at this time. Still no action is required for this amended pre-solicitation notice. No further information will be given nor will any questions be answered via email or phone until the solicitation is posted. The solicitation will include all the information needed and will give instructions for sending requests for information (RFI) once it is posted. END OF AMENDMENT The USPFO for Texas intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) to award a single Firm-Fixed Price Contract for Wide range of Medical and Dental Non-Clinical Case Management Services at Camp Mabry, Austin, Texas in support of Individual Medical and Dental Readiness for the Texas Army National Guard. Services will be at Ellington Field, Houston, Texas; Camp Bullis, San Antonio, Texas and Grand Prairie, Texas also, but mainly performed at Camp Mabry, Austin, Texas. The contractor shall provide all personnel, supervision, and quality control necessary to perform a wide range of medical and dental non-clinical case management services. The contract period of performance will be one (1) base year of twelve (12) months and three (3) twelve (12) month option years. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 541611 - Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services, with a size standard of $15,000,000.00.
