Full Description

This is a non-personnel services contract to provide medical gas refill services in support of the 21st Medical Group (21 MDG). The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service personnel performing the services herein. Such contract service personnel shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government. The Contractor shall provide medical gas refilling services in support of the 21 MDG at Peterson AFB and Schriever AFB. Performance shall be in accordance to the requirements contained in this PWS and all federal, state and local laws and regulations that apply to this service. This includes transportation, storage, or any other areas regulated. Certification(s), license(s) or proof of compliance may be requested by the Government at any time.
