Medical Hospital Beds Ligature Resistant Bed (NO SUBISTITUTE)

The facility must procure OOK SNOW MH Medical Beds with no substitute brands accepted. These exact beds were originally purchased in 2020, and 2025, and all patient care staff have been trained specifically on the safe operation of this ligature‑resistant model. Switching to a different bed type would require retraining the entire staff, which is not feasible. A document containing the full features and specifications for each required bed and mattress will be attached to this solicitation. All mandatory requirements contained in that document must be met. Mandatory Requirements:
Exact brand/model only: OOK SNOW MH Medical Beds (no substitutions). Order must be received and paid within the current fiscal year. Shipment must arrive no later than June 15th. If the mandatory delivery date cannot be met, the purchase order will be canceled. All vendor bids must be submitted through the VBO eVA website. No paper responses will be accepted. Delivery location: Central Storeroom – Marion, VA. No loading dock is available; liftgate recommended.
