See the attached Combination Synopsis Solicitation for details about procurement solicitation. In response to this RFQ please ensure the following are included in accordance with Addendum to FAR 52.21 21, INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS COMMERCIAL ITEMS located on pages 5 through 8 in the Combined Synopsis Solicitation Document: 1. Price Quotation; 2. Technical Quotation Completion of Attachment 2 "Technical and Price Quote Template" located on Page 35 through 36. 4. Acceptance or exceptions to RFQ terms and conditions. Execute copies of Attachments (52.204-24 and 52.205-25) in that are attached as separate documents. Please label theses sections appropriately to convey where the information resides. Failure to provide this information could result in a quotation being deemed unacceptable and therefore will not be considered for award.
