The Department of National Defence is seeking bids for 100 compressed gas cylinders identified by NATO Stock Number 21-806-6740, part number 3A2015, and NCAGE code 35853, to be delivered to 25 CFSD Montreal at 6363 Notre Dame St. E. Bidders must comply with strict technical specifications, where only the specified part number and NCAGE are recognized as meeting form, fit, and function requirements; any equivalent or substitute product must be clearly identified with its brand name, model, part number, and NCAGE. The solicitation requires full adherence to the Standard Acquisition Clauses and Conditions Manual, including key clauses such as General Conditions - Goods (Medium Complexity), Defence Contract, Shipment of Dangerous Goods/Hazardous Products, and Transportation of Dangerous Goods, with mandatory compliance to D3010C and D3015C for packaging and labeling, including the provision of safety data sheets in both English and French.
