NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT File Number: W8486-260448/A This requirement is for the Department of National Defence (DND) for the provision of Homemade Explosives Training. The intent of this solicitation is to establish a Contract for a period of five (5) years. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
