The USDA Forest Service, Great Onyx Job Corps Center located in Mammoth Cave, KY 42259. The mission of the Job Corps is to provide academic, vocational and life learning skills to youths at-risk. The Great Onyx Job Corps Center seeks a Mental Health Consultant licensed by the state of Kentucky as a Psychiatrist, Clinical Psychologist, Psychiatric Social Worker, and/or Mental Health Counselor under the Supervision of one of the above listed to provide any and all labor, equipment, supplies, services, permits, and licenses necessary to perform Mental Health services at the Great Onxy Civilian Conservation Center. ------------------------This requirement is advertised in accordance with the Acquisition of Commercial Items, Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 12. This is unrestricted, and all bids received must be at a fair market price. The performance period is December 1, 2008 through November 30, 2009 with an option for four additional years. Prior to award the contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration Database located at http://www.ccr.gov. The NAICS code for this project is 621112. All responsible sources that meet the outlined criteria may submit a proposal. The Government plans to award a firm fixed price contract for a base period with 4 option years.
