Meta-leadership Workshop

The 42nd Contracting Squadron at Maxwell AFB, AL hereby gives NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE to PRESIDENT AND FELLOWS OF HARVARD COLLEGE doing business as HARVARD T.H. CHAN SCHOOL OF PUBLIC HEALTH, 677 Huntington Ave Boston, MA, 02115-6028, UNITED STATES to provide the Ira C. Eaker Center for Professional Development with provide the personnel, management, and materials necessary to engage with key Air University personnel regarding Meta-leadership themes, concepts, practices and tools and how agencies have integrated Meta-leadership into their daily activities in accordance with (IAW) the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). Brief Description of Requirement: provide five Harvard NPLI experts and engage in three substantive workshops with key AU personnel. These workshops will teach how Meta-Leaders fundamentally think differently by taking a holistic view, and intentionally link and leverage the efforts of the whole community to galvanize a valuable connectivity that achieves unity of purpose and effort. These teachings will be tailored to Air University needs. Period of Performance: 15 SEP 2018 through 31 JAN 2019. Place of Performance: Maxwell AFB AL, Harvard University Campus, and The Pentagon, Washington D.C. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 611430, Independent technical writers. There will be no written solicitation issued. This is an intent to purchase a sole source procurement under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This will be a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract utilizing Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The contractor needs to be registered in the DoD System for Award Management (SAM). Register via the SAM website https://www.sam.gov, and also be eligible to process invoices through Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). Register via the WAWF website https://wawf.eb.mil.
