Argonne National Laboratory seeks to procure stainless steel powder, hafnium powder, zirconium powder, and yttrium powder for research and development use. Offerors shall provide commercially available powders of consistent quality suitable for laboratory, materials science, and/or additive manufacturing applications, as applicable. The specifications are as follows:
