METAL SIDING REPAIR AT FS1

The Invitation for Bid is intended to provide interested vendors with sufficient information to guide them through the development of their proposed bid to repair the Metal Siding on Upper Engine Room at Fire Station 1, 201 W. Thomas Street, Milledgeville, GA 31061.
Scope of Work: Temporarily remove 1 light fixture and 2 signs to reinstall. Remove and dispose of metal wall siding and associated metal wall trim from this area. The metal header beam above the L1 Roll Up Door is bent and needs to be replaced. Remove the Beam and replace it with custom fabricated steel header beam of similar construction. Provide new sheet metal trim surrounding bolt roll- up doors and at 2 outside corners. Furnish and install new 24 Gauge steel siding on this front wall. New siding should match profile of existing siding or as close as possible. Match siding as close to existing color. Reinstall 1 Light Fixture and 2 signs removed during demo. Do not include interior paint or exterior paint.
