Corpus Christi Army Depot Contracting Office Army Contracting Command-Redstone (CCAM-DPD) intends to solicit and award a sole source contract to Oerlikon Metco, Inc. of Westbury, New York under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1), only one source reasonably available. The requirement is for Calibration, Preventative Maintenance, Emergency Callout Service, and Parts and Materials support for Corpus Christi Army Depot (CCAD)'s Metal Spray Booths. This procurement will include a Base Year of performance and two (2) Option Years. The requirement is being issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items in accordance with FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the attached solicitation. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals.
