Delivery is required within 91 days after order, with shipping terms set as FOB Origin and the final destination for both inspection and acceptance located at DLA Distribution San Joaquin in Tracy, California. The contract mandates strict adherence to quality and safety standards, including MIL-STD-2073-1E for packaging and MIL-STD-129 for marking.
