This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number 23240-220524/A dated January 18, 2022 with a closing of February 16, 2022 at 14:00 EST. A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to bidders who bid on the previous solicitation.
The Ministry of Natural Resources Canada has a requirement for the supply and delivery of one methane and ethane gas analyzer (hereby referred to as "the analyzer") and its accompanying hard-shell carrying case.
The analyzer must work and operate at all times in accordance with all of the mandatory technical specifications and the mandatory evaluation criteria as specified in Annex A of the Request for Proposal and includes 1 methane and ethane gas analyzer including all power supplies and accessories; 1 hard-shell shipping case; manuals; delivery, virtual training; and one year warranty including maintenance and support services.
The requirement also includes the option to purchase extended warranty, maintenance and support for up to 2 additional one year periods and the option to purchase additional units.
Bids will be assessed against mandatory requirements. A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.
Delivery to Ottawa, ON is mandatory on or before March 31, 2023.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
