This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, N4155711RC110FS is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-16. The NAICS code is 337121 and the small business size standard is 500. The following commercial items are requested in this solicitation: Note: REMOVAL OF OLD (EXISTING) FURNITURE NOT REQUIRED MFH Loaner Furniture for Officer and Senior NCO 1. Scope: this order is for Grade 1, Leather-like Vinyl Sofas, Loveseats and Chairs for Andersen, AFB, Guam Military Family Housing Loaner Furniture. These items are for Officer and Senior NCO military members assigned to Andersen, AFB, Guam. 2. Items with equal or better quality to those listed below are acceptable. NOTE: All furniture must be soil repellent. 3. Product Description: CLIN 1 - Sofa: 660 Series Jennings Leather-like Vinyl Sofa OR BRAND NAME EQUAL Grade 1 Fabric, Must be soil repellent, with detailed top-stitch sewing Color: to be determined Dimensions: 84"W X 37 "D X 36"H Quantity=120 CLIN 2 - Loveseat: 660 Series Jennings Leather-like Vinyl Loveseat OR BRAND NAME EQUAL Grade 1 Fabric, Must be soil repellent, with detailed top-stitch sewing Color: to be determined Dimensions: 59"W x 34.5"D x 35.5"H. Quantity= 120 CLIN 3 - Chair: 660 Series Jennings Leather-like Vinyl Chair OR BRAND NAME EQUAL Grade 1 Fabric, Must be soil repellent, with detailed top-stitch sewing Color: to be determined Dimensions: 37"W x 34.5"D x 35.5"H. Quantity= 120 The vendor is responsible for the following items and shall include the cost in the quote. CLIN 4 - LABOR: INSTALLATION OF NEW FURNITURE - Installation of New Furniture - Moving / Set-up of furniture and accessories in rooms - Consolidation of Recyclable Material outside of building and transportation to appropriate location as determined by installation. - Installer shall meet trucks at the building on base at designated time and date and unload all furniture into building, dust and assemble any pieces requiring assembly (tables, beds, etc.) and conduct final walk-through with customer and get "sign off" for job. - Assumption is made that no elevator is available - all items to be brought up exterior / interior stairs or via installer provided lift. - Installation crew will do everything possible to work with Command Group, Housing Directors and Unit Barracks Groups, to ensure total satisfaction for the customer. This quote will include installation of new furniture and appliances, removal of old furniture and appliances, disposal of old furniture and appliances to include coordination with landfill and DRMO for turn-in. Please ensure that containers are shipped and off- loaded properly as to not incur any detention on containers. Vendor will be responsible for payment of any detention incurred. Other Pertinent Information or Special Considerations: a. Packaging, Packing and Shipping Instructions. Industry Standard to ensure safe delivery with minimal to no damage of product. b. Inspection and Acceptance Criteria. At a minimum, deliverables will be inspected and the contractor notified of findings within 10 work days of submission of deliverables by the contractor. Items should be shipped no later than 90 days ADC, FOB: Destination for delivery to Andersen AFB, Yigo, Guam 96929.
