Full Description
This Contract contains the following Prerequisites:
A. The bidder must demonstrate the following: 1.) That the bidder or the entity has completed at least two dredging and dredge material processing contracts of type and complexity comparable to the work described within this contract within the last five years.
2.) The bidder's project manager and superintendent shall each have a minimum of ten years' experience on contracts comparable in size, type and complexity to the work in this Contract, and the superintendent shall be experienced with maintenance dredging and dredged material processing performed in accordance with New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection and New York State Department of Environmental Conservation regulatory requirements.
