MFP-364.003 (RFx 7*770) - (ADV) - New York and New Jersey Marine Terminals - Maintenance Dredging Via Work Order

This contract involves maintenance dredging, the amendment of dredged material, transportation, and disposal of said material at several marine terminals, including Port Newark, Elizabeth Port Authority Marine Terminal, Port Jersey Port Authority Marine Terminal in New Jersey, and Howland Hook Marine Terminal in New York, as well as their vicinities. All work will be performed under the direction of the Engineer and in accordance with issued Work Orders, ensuring compliance with the environmental regulatory requirements of both New Jersey and New York authorities. Bidders must meet specific prerequisites, including having completed at least two comparable dredging and material processing contracts within the past five years. Additionally, the project manager and superintendent must each possess a minimum of ten years of experience managing contracts of similar size, type, and complexity. The superintendent must have particular expertise with maintenance dredging and processing activities as regulated by the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection and the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation.
