The United States Coast Guard is procuring a state-of-the-art training solution to upgrade the training infrastructure for its MH-60T Jayhawk helicopter fleet. The contract requires a systems integrator to deliver, install, and support three interoperable advanced training devices that simulate a variety of mission scenarios such as search and rescue, emergency procedures, and hoist operations. These devices are intended to improve the operational readiness, safety, and mission effectiveness of both pilots and rear-crew members by providing high-fidelity, realistic, and cost-effective training in a controlled environment. The turnkey solution includes a Level 7 Flight Training Device, which is a fixed-base, high-fidelity flight simulator that accurately replicates the MH-60T cockpit for pilot and aircrew training. In addition, two hoist mission training systems are part of the package: a full-size immersive mixed-reality trainer for realistic search and rescue operations targeting rear-crew members, and a portable version that enables mobile and distributed training capabilities. The contract is set to be performed in Mobile, Alabama, with a focus on full small business set-aside procurement under NAICS code 333310. The contractor will serve as the systems integrator, responsible for the design, fabrication, delivery, installation, integration, testing, and support of a suite of three distinct, yet interoperable, advanced training devices.

One (1) MH-60T Level 7 Flight Training Device (FTD): A high-fidelity, fixed-base flight simulator that fully replicates the MH-60T cockpit and systems for pilot and aircrew procedure training. One (1) Hoist Mission Training System (HMTS): A full-size, immersive, mixed-reality trainer designed for realistic SAR and hoist operations training for rear-crew members.
