International Trade Commission (USITC or Commission) intends to solicit and award a Purchase Order to Minburn Technology Group, LLC, Great Falls Virginia, under the authority of FAR 19.1406: Sole source awards to service-disabled veteran-owned small business concerns. The USITC anticipates award of a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order, on a sole source basis, to Minburn for Microsoft true-up license renewals. The Microsoft software products act as a platform for all client workstations, and a large number of servers, in addition to a number of platforms supporting electronic messaging, collaboration, and database services.
