Full Description
The General Services Administration, Supply Chain Management Contracting Service Division, is posting a Request for Quote (RFQ) for one Requisition for Microsoft Part Number: EP2-55222, QTY 8 (ea); Brand Name or Equal.
Vendor's quoting must be registered to receive Purchase Orders via EDI or through OMS Vendor Portal and invoice through FedPay. If the vendor is not registered they must do so within 2 days of award notification. Instructions on how to registered will be initially provided by the Contracting Officer or Specialist. All delivery locations will be within the Continental United States and vendor must be compliant with MIL-STD-129 marking and labeling. This includes signing the MIL-STD-129 attachment associated with the solicitation in order to be considered for award. Full delivery address will be provided at time of award. Prices are
requested on a FOB Destination basis with the vendor's best delivery leadtime.
This acquisition is not set aside exclusively for small business. A vendor meeting all administrative compliance requirements of the
RFQ (submitted by the solicitation close date and time), MILSTD-129, and Technical Specification (as applicable) will move forward to the final evaluation factor: Low Price.
In order to be considered for award a vendor must submit:
- Completed RFQ
- MILSTD-129
- Technical Specifications (if submitting an or equal)
If any required documents are not submitted or required field left blank on pages 1 through 3 of the RFQ document including the Section 3 questions, if the completion of required clauses and provision fill-ins are not made (as applicable), technical specification (if applicable), or if the MIL-STD-129 is not signed further consideration for award may not be made.
