MICROWAVE SIGNAL GENERATOR

This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number W6369-22-X059 dated 05 January 2024 with a closing date of 30 January 2024 at 2:00 pm EST. A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to bidders/offerors/suppliers who bid on the previous solicitation. The Department of National Defence has a requirement for the purchase of One (1) Microwave Signal Generator, 100 KHz to 6 GHz. It is DND’s intention to award a single contract for this requirement. Bidders are to refer to the Request for Proposal (RFP) for the detailed requirement. MANDATORY CRITERIA (MT) The Bidder must adequately demonstrate in its proposal that: The proposed Microwave Signal Generator, 100 KHz to 6 GHz must meet all of the specifications listed in Appendix A to ANNEX “A”, MANDATORY EVALUATION CRITERIA. Deliverables are described in detail in Appendix A, Statement of Requirements, of the Request for Proposal (RFP). For detailed information and exact specifications, please refer to Appendix A, Statement of Requirements, of the RFP. If this notice differs from the RFP, the RFP takes precedence. The Department of National Defence reserves the right not to award any contract, regardless of the responses received. The basis of selection shall be the compliant Bidder that offers the lowest-cost compliant proposal. The Crown retains the rights to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada. DND reserves the right not to award a Contract, regardless of the proposals received. Where this notice and the RFP differ, the RFP shall prevail.
