MIL DEPT - EAFR and CJ Fuel Point Smart Fill

Contractors are invited to bid on the Ethan Allen Firing Range (EAFR) and Camp Johnson (CJ) Fuel Point Smart Fill project for the Vermont National Guard at EAFR and CJ in Jericho and Colchester, Vermont. The Project location will be at two sites. The first site will be on Camp Johnson at 30 Mt. Mansfield Ave, Colchester, VT 05446. The second site will be at Ethan Allen Firing Range at 90 Ethan Allen Rd. This project consists of, but is not limited to removal of existing fuel management systems. This work includes removing the pedestal, terminal, and any associated wiring from the terminal to the fuel controller at each site. Supply and install a Fluid Management Smart Fill Gen3 FMS Console or equivalent at each site. Include necessary Ethernet/USB cabling required for operation. Provide and install control modules (one per fueling handle). Include 100 key FOBs with ID tags. Provide and install Ethernet to Fiber optic media converter as required. Provide instruction on how to operate new console to six (6) personnel.
