The Village of Chase (Owner) invites Proposals, through this Negotiated Request for Proposal (NRFP), from Proponents for the Mill Park Boat Launch project.The Proponent is to include the following work that represents a base Proposal:Preparation of detailed design drawings and construction specifications associated with boat launch improvements at Mill Park. Design should be undertaken by qualified professionals with prior experience in similar works. Acquisition of regulatory agency approvals to facilitate construction phase services in accordance with all federal and provincial regulations and local bylaws. Physical construction of the proposed works in accordance with the approved design and specifications. Construction phase monitoring for Quality Control and to ensure adherence to all provincial and local government approval conditions. In addition to responding to the base Proposal, the Proponent is invited to propose any innovations that the Proponent believes will reduce the cost of the Project, improve the constructability of the Project, or improve the performance of the amenity.Proponents are encouraged to submit the included Planholder Registration Form if they would like to be emailed addenda.Proposals should be submitted online via the BC Bid Portal.
