The Contractor shall furnish and install storm pipe, perforated storm pipe, asphalt restoration and all other work necessary to complete the project as shown on the plans and specified herein. The Contractor shall also furnish and install approximately 410 LF of infiltration trench with 24-inch perforated HDPE pipe, 50 LF of 24-inch solid C900 stormwater pipe, and 5 manholes within the right-of way and an easement located on the property of 18500 SE Mill Plain Blvd in Vancouver, WA and other work, all in accordance with the attached Plan Set, these Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications, hereafter referred to as “Work.” The Work shall be Physically Complete within 40 Working Days from the Notice to Proceed (NTP) date.
