Box 1178, Billings, MT 59103 or For security reasons, you must enable JavaScript to view this E-mail address. until 2:00 p.m. local time on Tuesday, September 2, 2025 and then publicly opened and read aloud.  The bid opening will be via Facebook Live on the City’s Facebook page: Billings MT City Government.  The project consists of: Removal of existing irrigation equipment, pump, concrete vault, and the installation of a new irrigation system, pump station, and electrical upgrades.  The bidding documents consisting of Drawings and Project Manual may be examined or obtained at the office of STEINER THUESEN PLLC; 1925 Grand Avenue Suite 105, Billings, MT 59102 in accordance with Article 2.1 of Instructions To Bidders.
