Full Description

The United States Air Force Space and Missile Systems Center (SMC) MILSATCOM Systems Wing (MCSW) issued a modification to FA8088-10-C-0002, to acquire additional Milstar and Defense Satellite Communications System (DSCS III) satellite operations and logistics sustainment support. The additional four months and four option years of effort will provide for continued satellite-sustaining maintenance engineering in support of satellite health and safety, and system and mission operations. This contract modification was issued on a sole source basis under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1(a)(2).
