The procurement is governed by New York State lobbying laws, restricting direct contact to a designated individual, Brennan LaQue, to ensure compliance. Vendors must also submit current NYS Workman’s Compensation and Disability documentation if awarded the contract. The solicitation is open to all qualified suppliers, with a due date of March 1, 2024, and the contract will commence on April 1, 2024, continuing until the expiration of the existing Premier contract.
