Miovision Detection System

The Missouri Department of Transportation St. Louis District has identified Miovision Technologies US LLC as the sole feasible source capable of providing the Miovision Detection System and Cameras. This advanced traffic detection technology, which includes the Miovision 360 Detection Camera with Passive Detection, is intended to enhance intersection efficiency, safety, and data accuracy. The contract period runs from the date of execution through September 30, 2027, with the option to renew for two additional one-year periods. To comply with state regulations, the vendor must provide specific certifications. Under Section 34.600 RSMo, the company must certify that it is not engaged in a boycott of goods or services from the State of Israel, with the specific certification box selected based on the company's size and entity type. Additionally, in accordance with sections 34.350 through 34.359 RSMo, the vendor must certify the point of manufacture for all finished products to determine eligibility for the Domestic Products Procurement Act Buy American Preference.
